Privacy

Last updated 30 June 2026

This notice explains what happens to your email address when you join Divi Maggo's free weekly newsletter. The short version: we collect only your email, we use it only to send the newsletter, and you can leave at any time.

Who is responsible

Divi Maggo (“we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal data described here. To reach us about privacy, email info@divimaggo.com.

What we collect

When you sign up we store:

We do not ask for your name, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

Why we use it & our legal basis

We use your email solely to send the newsletter and related updates (including news about the 2027 book). When you join we send a one-time welcome email, then the weekly newsletter. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing, which does not affect anything sent beforehand.

Where it is stored & who processes it

Your email is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides the spam protection on our signup form (Cloudflare Turnstile). We use Resend to deliver our emails (the welcome email and the newsletter); Resend processes your email address on our behalf under its own data protections. Some of these providers may process data outside your country under standard safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed from our active list within a reasonable period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw consent, or to object to its use. To exercise any of these, email info@divimaggo.com. You can also unsubscribe directly from any newsletter we send.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
